Does it work without internet?
Yes. The Driver app has an offline mode that logs trip events and ePOD captures locally, then syncs automatically the moment signal returns — ideal for India's rural freight corridors.
What hardware do I need?
Either a SIM-based tracker or a plug-in GPS device — both take about 10 minutes to install. Drivers only need a low-end Android phone for the app.
Do you support multiple depots?
Yes. Multi-depot management is available on the Enterprise plan, with depot-level dashboards, permissions and reporting.
Can consignees track without an account?
Absolutely. Consignees receive a live ETA link over WhatsApp and can track the shipment in their browser — no login, no app install.
How is billing calculated?
Pricing is per vehicle, per month. Invoices for your customers are generated automatically from trip data — freight, fuel, toll and driver payout — the moment delivery is confirmed.
